Born in Bombay, Nilesh loved nothing more than experiencing the tastes and smells from the bustling streets of Bombay. He has always had a keen interest in cooking and an eagerness to understand flavours and how they work together. Nilesh attended catering college in London but then went on to follow a career in logistics, while never abandoning his dream of one day starting his own food business.
Dana spent over 20 years working at British Airways and all that customer service experience is definitely an advantage.
We’ve taken the plunge and now we’re doing what we love! We love meeting our customers, and take huge pride in watching them enjoy our food! We can’t wait to bring the unique flavours of Bombayish to you to enjoy.

Brilliant!
We hired Bombayish for our evening wedding food and they were brilliant from start to finish! They provided fantastic customer service, were professional and kind and the food was incredible! Excellent Food and Seamless Service from Bombayish
We recently used Bombayish and their food truck for a corporate event, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. On the day, the food was outstanding, fresh, flavourful, and very well received across the entire team. Great food and a good variety
A great food truck that has a good menu choice. Need to cook the samosa separate to cater for no cross contamination for Gluten free. Salad and a meat was the only option available for these people.
