Born in Bombay, Nilesh loved nothing more than experiencing the tastes and smells from the bustling streets of Bombay. He has always had a keen interest in cooking and an eagerness to understand flavours and how they work together. Nilesh attended catering college in London but then went on to follow a career in logistics, while never abandoning his dream of one day starting his own food business.
Dana spent over 20 years working at British Airways and all that customer service experience is definitely an advantage.
We’ve taken the plunge and now we’re doing what we love! We love meeting our customers, and take huge pride in watching them enjoy our food! We can’t wait to bring the unique flavours of Bombayish to you to enjoy.

Great food and a good variety
A great food truck that has a good menu choice. Need to cook the samosa separate to cater for no cross contamination for Gluten free. Salad and a meat was the only option available for these people.

From the point of enquiry, the team at Bombayish were responsive and helpful. Their arrival and set up was smooth and the food was delicious and enjoyed by all. Would use again.

Super service and fantastic food!
The Bombayish team were very efficient before and during our event, liaising independently with the venue to ensure we met all their requirements. On the night they delivered great service from their food truck for a party of 65 people. Waiting times were minimal, menu had excellent variety and best of all the food was delicious! Great value for money too. Highly recommend the team and their food truck.
