From relaxed sharing boards at a wedding feast, to intricate canapes and themed dessert tables, I can create the culinary delights that you imagine. Each of my clients receives a personalised menu and quote tailored to their exact requirements.
I love working with organisations such as Steamer Trading, and am a recommended caterer for a number of wedding and hospitality venues in Brighton such as Fabrica, The Basement and the Brunswick Square Hotel. I work closely with the 1930s tea salon Metrodeco and accommodation providers Beatnik Productions on their bookings and events. I’m a trusted personal chef to celebrities and event organisers alike, and enjoy demonstrating at food festivals up and down the country.

Delicious food, great service!
I booked Brighton Bakes for our business event and social and they served some delicious food. A lovely selection of street food dishes which went down extremely well with a hard to please, and diverse crowd! Absolutely everyone said how delicious the food was, a great variety, looked great, served with a smile and using recyclable bamboo dishes and wooden forks, well received by an economically conscious crowd. Jessica is lovely! A pleasure to work with, nailed our brief and turned everything around professionally and efficiently. We will definitely use Brighton Bakes again and I have already recommend them to several people. Thank you!
