Who we are
Gabriele, Tiziano and Paolo - three hardworking guys with an interest in food, business and innovation and many years of experience in the hospitality sector.
Combining our Italian and Portuguese backgrounds, we share a passion for good quality produce and cooking.
We have previously run a market stall in St Albans - selling bruschetta, pasta and fresh juices and panini which was a great success and very popular with locals and visitors alike.
What we have to offer
- Five varieties of pasta dishes, including seasonal specials - Fresh pasta to order - Italian products (cheeses, guanciale, San Marzano tomatoes) - Italian pastries/desserts -panini gourmet -Bruskettas gourmet
This will all be prepared with fresh, authentic and highest quality ingredients, for example;
- San Marzano Tomatoes D.o.p - Italian sausage - Guanciale di norcia D.o.p - Parmigiano reggiano 36 mesi D.o.p - Pecorino romano D.o.p - Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.o.p - Truffle -burrata -mortadella -prosciutto -variety of Italian Desserts

Great service and delicious food
We hired the guys from Brusketta for a joint birthday party, with over 50 guests, held in the garden on a lovely day. Gabriele and Tizi were great at communicating in advance and provided delicious authentic Italian food. There were generous portions, and we had plenty of leftovers. They were a great addition to the vibe on the day, and they left everything clean and tidy. Would recommend them wholeheartedly!
