We are a family obsessed with pizza and Americana, so we decided to create the pizza we wanted to eat and sell it from the trailer we designed.
We toiled and toiled until we created the pizza we wanted to eat. Handmade with the finest soft Italian flour, cold fermented for 72 hours and slow baked, the result is a unique, crispy-bottomed sourdough-tanged dough topped with only the finest local ingredients we could procure.
Next, the trailer, no ordinary trailer and certainly not a van, but a shiny button theatre kitchen on wheels. We wanted our customers to be able to engage with us and be a part of the experience. So we created a counter big enough and low enough for everyone to feel a part of the experience and lit it up like a Christmas tree. The result is a truly unique outdoor dining experience.
With your event, again, we are a little different - we are able to tailor our menu to your requirements, including gluten-free and vegan options. Whether it is buffet style or cook-to-order, our job is to knock your socks off with the food and service.

Bucci Pizza is my wife, Bunny and myself. With a background in London restaurants and plenty of eating in Italy and the US, our passion is simple great food and great service.

Outstanding
We would highly recommend Bucci Pizza. We had them down for our Christmas lunch this year and I found them to be very professional, helpful and accommodating. More importantly, their pizzas were delicious and you can tell that a lot of care and attention goes into the sourcing, preparation and service. Overall everything was outstanding.
