We offer a complete package, from marquee hire for a garden party to marquees for major corporate events. Operating from our Head Office near Southampton, Hampshire, we have an experienced, professional team who have a friendly approach with a ‘can do’ attitude with all our clients’.
Teams of marquee erectors and drivers are supervised by Site Managers, logistically controlled by our Marquee Hire Manager working closely with both Directors. In house, we have our own Event Co-ordinator who can organise all aspects of your occasion for you. You choose how much or how little you would like us to organise.
We also have a dedicated Electrical and Power department which can offer technical advice for private and corporate marquee hire events. We own a varied fleet of vehicles which are able to access the most difficult of locations. With full in house maintenance facilities, this means the quality of our hire equipment remains consistently high.
Trade custom is also an important aspect of Buchannan Events. We regularly supply marquee hire, party tents, catering equipment, furniture and dance floors to venues and other event organisers throughout the South of England.
