Busy Bee Coffee was born out of our passion for two things: great coffee and bees. As local beekeepers, we know first-hand how vital bees are to the coffee we love - coffee plants rely on bee pollination, particularly the Arabica variety, which makes up over 60% of the world's coffee production. As bees visit coffee flowers, they transfer pollen, enhancing the crop yield and ensuring that those delicious coffee beans reach their full flavour potential.

A single coffee tree can yield up to 40% more cherries when bees are busy doing their pollinating dance!

We started Busy Bee to share that story and bring genuinely brilliant, handcrafted coffee to events across Surrey.

We have catered for a wide range of events since launching, including school Christmas fairs, corporate garden events, the UK VELO Chichester cycle event, Wadham College's Commemoration Ball in Oxford, and local food festivals, bonfire nights, and country shows across Surrey and Sussex.
