Bute Pizza Co

Bute Pizza is Yorkshire based and dedicated to creating hearty, 12-ich, wood-fired, Romana sourdough pizzas.

We go beyond simply serving great pizza - we create an experience. Across all we do no two events are ever the same. Being owner run means we pay attention to every detail and work closely with organisers to tailor every event.

We have multiple, custom built, pizza trailers that are fitted with 1.2m wood-fired ovens. They heat up to 450°C, cooking the perfect pizza in 90 seconds. With the roaring wood-fired ovens front and centre, coupled with our modern trailers and soft touches - our set up becomes the centrepiece of every event.

Having multiple units allows us to do large events such as festivals and big corporate jobs where we can feed hundreds of staff over very short periods.

But we are also perfect for all the smaller occasions too and we cater for over a hundred weddings a year along with parties and countless other events. We have two service options:

1. is by slices where we keep a table full of pizzas for your guests to keep taking slices away when they feel like it. You would choose 4 pizzas from our menu for us to make throughout to keep the table full. This is great as it means everyone can try all the pizza toppings on offer, guests can eat as and when they are hungry, and it all flows nicely/is informal and friendly.

2. is where your guests come up to choose a pizza from a menu, order with us, and then wait a few minutes until it's done and served to them in a pizza box to take away.

We can cater for all dietary types; we always have vegan cheese and GF bases with us, along with being able to make other pizzas vegan/vegetarian/Halal. We also do dessert pizzas, sides and side salads.

Loads of garnishes will be on the table as well, such as oils, sauces, dry and fresh herbs and parmesan. We provide bins and take all rubbish away, so you/the venue don't have to do a thing. Our homemade sauces finish our pizzas of perfectly.

We always had a passion for food and were running a pizza trailer for a catering company as a side hustle, perfecting our skill and craft. Then In 2020, the opportunity to acquire their pizza trailer came our way while we were on holiday on the Island of Bute. Despite our hectic lives, we embraced the idea, foreseeing it as a refreshing and enjoyable venture. And so we quit what we were doing, decided on the name, and got on with the new journey spent with sizzling paddles and floured hands. Working for ourselves means we simply love making our customers experience the best it can be every time.

Bute Pizza has been going for 5+ years, catering over 200 events last year alone. From weddings to festivals, our experience covers events of every size and setting.

We can do any event where pizza is required. Our wealth of experience covers weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, carnivals, filming days, bonfire nights and much more.

We do a lot of large corporate client events where we serve big staff numbers. We can serve over 300 staff an hour for example.
