Nicola Anne Price - Founder “I’ve trained and worked for many years in National Trust kitchens, cooked and baked in a beautiful Museum cafe in Ironbridge and more recently for the North Norfolk Railway catering aboard the steam trains and preparing buffet spreads for meetings and event days. I’ve always wanted to set up my own catering company and so I created Canteen Norfolk using my experience with professional and event catering and my love of beautiful presentation and generous traditional food. Alongside Canteen Norfolk I also keep my hand in as a sous-chef at the wonderful Glaven Bistro in Glandford using local, seasonal produce to continue to create delicious food”.
