Welcome to Charlie’s Kitchen where our aim is “Fresh Food, Fast”.

We specialise in our own handmade and very popular Pulled Pork - in Rolls or Loaded onto Nacho Bowls - or our own Beef Chilli Loaded Nacho Bowls, and finally fully loaded 8" Jumbo Hot Dogs. Choose from a wide variety of popular sauces and toppings including our own zingy salsa, grated mature cheddar cheese, jalapeño's and crunchy onions to make your meal actually yours, all included in the price.

Happy to discuss menu ideas to suit your occasion. As a minimum, our standard menu includes one vegetarian dish, with a vegan option also available upon request.

Our compact food trailer easily fits into a single car space and has its own on-board power. For our standard offering, we can run our hot food menu for around 7 hours.

With an electrical hook-up, we can run longer and look to provide other food options too that work for you. Hot & Cold soft drinks can also be provided.

The concept of Charlie’s Kitchen is simple: Fresh Food, Fast!

We have our most popular dishes ready to serve. That’s not to say we don’t have a queue for our crowd-pleasing pulled pork rolls, jumbo hot dogs or loaded nachos bowls! Far from it at certain festivals.

We want to try to reduce waiting times by having our tried and tested handmade food prepped and ready to go.

After a career as a heating engineer, I wanted to take my passion and hobby for cooking to everyone else. And make a business out of it too. It’s one thing to have your family say your food is delicious…. when complete strangers return to the food truck simply to compliment your offerings, well that’s a great feeling, and we feel validated too!!

Charlie’s Kitchen has been running since Spring 2025, and our aim is to keep producing great, fresh food. Thanks for reading - please let us know how we can help !

The best way to describe my experience is being the family cook for the last 30 years!!

From reheating Findus French Bread Pizzas when I was first married to full 3-course meals for 12 at Christmas. I love the reactions I get… so I’m most definitely a “feeder”!

Charlie's Kitchen provides our hot food at pubs, food feast events, private parties, corporate lunches, carnivals, cricket clubs and village fetes. We support local charity events including Macmillan, Cats Protection and church projects.

NCASS members, 5 Star Hygiene holders from North Northampton Council, Personal Hygiene Certificates, £10m Liability Insurance.

Our food truck uses Electricity only - no LPG or noisy generators. We use a on site hook up or run silently via onboard power! Giving us roughly 7 hours of runtime between charging.

We hold electrical EICR and PAT testing certificates too, to ensure compliance and safety.
