Charms Event Decor

We were told a couple of weeks before our wedding that the venue were unable to provide chairs covers but could hire them in for a price higher than they had initially quoted. Thankfully did some research and came across Charms. They were amazingly prompt with responses and so helpful that I booked them the same day. Charm sent across different colour options for sashes in different materials with example pictures of venue set ups and expert advice on what she would recommend from experience. The service was so professional. The venue was set up perfectly without needing to contact us. I was thankfully able to meet Charm at the end of event as they set down and I was greeted by a friendly team. Will definitely be recommending them.

Charmaine was easily contactable from the first day everything was smooth sailing. She notified us when she was going to drop the chair covers over with a 2 hour window which was great. Excellent service and will definitely be using her again.
