We’re a passionate husband-and-wife team dedicated to serving authentic sourdough pizza, handcrafted with the finest ingredients. Wherever possible we source locally and focus on minimally processed produce — from growing our own basil to making our own garlic butter and using nitrate-free pepperoni. Everything we create is led by both flavour and wellbeing, so guests can enjoy incredible pizza without compromise.
Our slow-fermented sourdough bases are hand-stretched and woodfired on-site, creating that signature light, crisp texture and rich flavour. We offer a flexible, crowd-pleasing menu and are happy to cater for vegetarian, vegan and dietary requirements, ensuring every guest is looked after.
We’re fully self-sufficient with our quiet generator, allowing us to cater almost anywhere — from weddings and private parties to festivals and corporate events. Whether it’s staff appreciation days, brand launches, office celebrations or large-scale business functions, we deliver a professional, reliable and seamless service.
Our beautifully styled vintage converted trailers create a real wow factor, becoming both a focal point and a talking point for guests. We don’t just serve food — we bring atmosphere and a memorable experience to every event.

Our Story
Our business is rooted in both passion and purpose. Damian has always had a love for vintage vehicles and craftsmanship, while I’ve long been focused on health, nutrition and creating food that feels good as well as tastes incredible. We felt there was a gap in the street food scene for genuinely wholesome, high-quality takeaway food — something you could enjoy without compromise.
Bringing our strengths together later in life, we decided to build something of our own that reflected both our values and lifestyle. Working together allows us to do what we love every day — combining beautiful vintage trailers with authentic, thoughtfully made food — while creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Our Team
Our team is proudly made up of the two of us — myself and Damian — supported by a small group of wonderful local girls, many of whom are the children of family friends. It’s important to us to keep the business rooted in our community, and we’re lucky to work alongside such hard-working, reliable and genuinely happy people.
Together we create a friendly, positive atmosphere at every event, with a team that cares just as much about great service and guest experience as we do. It really does feel like an extended family when we’re out catering.

The complete package
Vicky and Damian were fantastic from start to finish. It was clear that we were in safe hands. Their comms were prompt and professional. They arrived early, and supported our party with no fuss. The guests were all highly complimentary. Food quality is really high, you can tell that they really care about delivering the full experience. The whole team worked so hard all evening-but with unhurried efficiency, and they always had a smile. Thanks so much.
