Food has always been my passion, and I started Chéz with the goal of serving restaurant-quality street food using fresh ingredients, locally sourced produce wherever possible, and homemade flavours that people remember. After years of working in catering and events, I wanted to create something different—a mobile catering business that combines great food, friendly service and a memorable experience, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, festival or private celebration.
