My name is Nikolett Vorosmarty.
I have a street food trader company ( Chimney Cake Paradise Ltd. ). Trading since 7 years on the Stratford Market in London, but we serve festivals and events too.
Our products are fresh made Chimney Cake ( famous Hungarian cake ) and Langos. We make them fresh on site. Power required to do that.
Chimney Cake:
It is a sweet bread from the Eastern Europe, Hungary and Transylvania. The dough is rolled by hand around the wooden roll. It is then coated in sugar and baked in a purpose made oven. A topping of choice is then sprinkled on the baked Chimney Cake while they are hot and sticky. The caramelised sugar on the surface creates a sweet, crispy crust while inside the dough is fluffy and hot.
We have chimney cake in the following flavours: -Cinnamon -Chocolate -Coconut -Rainbow sugar -Vanilla -Walnut
Lángos:
Lángos - deep fried dough with different toppings. Lángos is a traditional Hungarian food. The dough for lángos is made of water and flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Most frequently it is eaten fresh and warm, topped with sour cream, garlic and grated cheese, but it can come plain or with several different toppings.
