About MJ Eatss

Started in lockdown (2020) as a distraction from being unable to play netball and American football and a quick money-maker. After rampant attention and growth, many shared with MJ how unique what she was doing was and that she should continue out of lockdown. Shortly after this, MJ sat down for an interview with the BBC and featured on their "Women Who Started Businesses in Lockdown" article - then realised just how special what she's created might be and how she could express her unique culture. She made the business legal and official in 2022 following her leg reconstruction and various injuries in 2021.

We are blessed with a unique and diverse cuisine she has curated for us based on her heritage and training. Growing up in London: influenced by Chinese and Jamaican maternal heritage, Nigerian and Italian/Maltese paternal heritage. Fascinated by Japanese culture and food enhanced by her 2019 visit to Tokyo and Osaka.

Highly recommend!! Unique and delicious

Not only was the food absolutely amazing but all was the service and communication. I had some issues with my own organisation skills and with the venue I hired but each time there was a problem MJ eats was sympathetic and understanding and accommodated the changes and helped me solve the problems with minimal fuss ensuring event was still a huge success and I didn't lose my mind. All my guests were absolutely blown away by the food and I will definitely be using MJ eats again and again... Every time. ❤️

Faultless Caribbean meal.

Lots of positive comments from our guess. Bao Buns real treat, went down a storm. sticky n sweet plantains delicious. Great quality food. Excellent communication and reasonable price. Highly recommended

Amazing Food and Great Service

Mynara did a phenomenal job in setting things up despite the issues with traffic. Every single person in the office loved the food and we would 1000% order from her again.
