Choc&Cheese can cater for a wide range of dessert requirements from dessert buffets to cakes for special occasions like weddings or birthdays.
I can provide anything from a simple delivery of your desserts to a full set up of buffet or set up with service options depending on your requirements.
I already have a large range of products to choose from but am always happy to work with customers to develop something new depending on their requirements.
I can offer speciality products to meet dietary requirements including non-gluten-containing, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan although in some cases this does limit the products available. In addition to traditional desserts I also offer a range of savoury cheesecakes and can provide cheese boards/grazing buffets that are perfect for an alternative way to round off a meal.
The quality of the ingredients used at Choc&Cheese is important, I use locally sourced free range eggs, soft cheese and cream. All from Yorkshire businesses less than 40 miles from the kitchen. We also use quality 54% dark chocolate from a global brand that is used and well-trusted by chefs, restaurants and chocolatiers.
I have L3 food Hygiene, 5m PLI and am registered with East Riding of Yorkshire Environmental Health with a rating of 5.
