Kristen has recently completed her BA in Musical Theatre at Buckinghamshire New University and will officially graduate this September.

Alongside her performing career, she has developed a passion for photography. What began with capturing her university women's football team and friends has grown into a freelance photography business. Kristen loves documenting authentic moments, from the excitement of sporting events to the emotion and storytelling of weddings, celebrations, and special occasions, creating natural, timeless images that people can treasure for years to come.

Photography started as a creative hobby while I was studying Musical Theatre at Buckinghamshire New University. I found myself bringing my camera to football matches, performances, and university events, capturing genuine moments that might otherwise have been forgotten. Before long, friends, teams, and organisations began asking me to photograph their own events, and what started as a passion quickly grew into a freelance business.

As a performer, I've always believed that every moment tells a story. That perspective has shaped the way I approach photography today. Rather than creating overly posed images, I love capturing the real emotions, connections, and little details that make every wedding, event, or celebration unique.

I'm inspired by people and the memories they create together. Whether it's a couple celebrating their wedding day, a family marking a milestone, or the excitement of a live event, I aim to document each occasion naturally and authentically. My goal is simple: to create timeless photographs that allow you to relive those moments for years to come.

My journey into photography began while studying for my BA in Musical Theatre at Buckinghamshire New University, where I discovered a passion for capturing genuine moments both on and off the stage. Since then, I've grown my experience photographing a wide range of events, including sports, performances, weddings, celebrations, and special occasions.

In 2025, I was honoured to receive the Media Contributor of the Year award at the Buckinghamshire Students' Union Awards, recognising my creative work and dedication to producing high-quality visual content for the university community.

Today, I combine my creative eye with a documentary-style approach, focusing on natural, authentic storytelling. Whether I'm photographing a wedding, a live event, or a sporting fixture, my goal is always the same: to capture the moments that matter most so they can be relived for years to come.
