I’m a London-based private chef and caterer with 8 years of experience, specialising in soulful Caribbean cuisine, luxury cheesecakes, and high-quality breakfast dining through my pancake café. My love for cooking began in my grandmother’s kitchen, and many of my recipes and flavours are inspired by the dishes she lovingly taught me before she passed — her influence is at the heart of everything I create.
Fully certified with Level 3 Food Management, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and HACCP, I provide a safe, reliable and professional service. All my food is 100% halal, prepared with passion and attention to detail. I cater weddings, private dining, corporate events and celebrations across London and throughout the UK. Our Story
I started off as an home kitchen and branched out to a dark kitchen and now I’m am a private chef.
Every recipe is inspired by – and lovingly made in tribute to – my late grandmother, whose passion for baking and cooking lives on in every bite.
