From meticulous planning to outstanding catering, Colette brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and expertise to every occasion.

When you book Colette & Co you know who will be doing your cooking, the boss! Colette spent 6 years at one of the most exclusive and expensive hotels in the country, the iconic Chewton Glen as one of the senior chefs when Michelin Stars were awarded and retained.

She then beat many of the best chefs in the country when proceeding to the last 3 in the MasterChef Live Challenge at the BBC Good Food Show.

After more than 30 years cooking at the highest level, Colette founded Colette & Co to deliver outstanding food and impeccable service, with every event personally overseen to ensure every detail is perfect. We believe every event should be as unique as the people celebrating it, so we take the time to understand exactly what each client wants before creating a bespoke menu and experience around their vision. Our greatest reward is exceeding our clients' expectations and seeing the smiles, laughter and wonderful memories created around the table on their most special of days.

Colette's passion for cooking began at an early age, growing up in her mother's successful steakhouse, where by the age of 18 she was confidently running the busy kitchen. Determined to develop her skills at the highest level, she joined the prestigious Chewton Glen Hotel, working under Executive Chef Pierre Chevillard. Colette progressed to become Senior Sous Chef and was part of the team that was awarded and retained Chewton Glen's Michelin Star.

She later moved to Tenerife to open Club Tropicana with her Canarian father, where the restaurant went on to win Tenerife's Restaurant of the Year on several occasions. Returning to England to care for her mother, Colette established herself as a freelance lead chef, working with some of London's most respected event caterers, including Create, Top Hat, Tony Page and Zafferano. With decades of experience across Michelin-starred kitchens, award-winning restaurants and prestigious events, the natural next step was to establish her own catering company, bringing together exceptional food with a truly personal service.

Our clients are people who want outstanding food but also the reassurance of knowing they're in safe hands. We cater for weddings, private celebrations, dinner parties, milestone birthdays, corporate events and everything in between. Every event is personally overseen by Colette, who is always available to answer questions, offer advice and guide clients through every stage of the planning process. Our aim is simple: to take the worry away so you can relax and enjoy your special occasion, confident that every detail is being looked after.
