About Cropover Kitchen

I established Cropover Kitchen in early 2018 to inspire people to taste and enjoy street food from Barbados. My Grandad originally came from Trinidad, my father was born and brought up in Barbados and my mother came from St Vincent. I was brought up on the flavours and delights of authentic Caribbean foods - Cropover brings these incredible flavours to be enjoyed as I did growing up. Cropover Kitchen are available for private bookings such as weddings, parties and corporate events. We are able to cater for large numbers 200+ dependant on requirements. Food would be served from our catering trailer or gazebo dependant on venue and customers would simply come up, place an order and collect their food. We are able to tailor-make our menus, ideally, we would suggest 3 main dishes to include a vegetarian/vegan which can be served alongside our legendary macaroni pie, salad and pineapple salsa.

Delightfully Delicious

What a great team and the food was fantastic. Every one commented on how lovely the food was, the plates were filled and the option to add the magical home made hot sauce was incredible. I would highly recommend Melania and the Cropover Kitchen team, she was so friendly, helpful and really worked with me to make sure the menu was right and the quality of the ingredients is something she does not scrimp on. Absolutely delightful and delicious

Fantastic service!

We was so happy with the service Melania and John provided at our school prom. The food on the day was delicious! Melania was able to alter the menu so that it wasn’t too spicy for our students and provide alternatives. There was gluten free vegetarian, pescatarian and meat options too. The communication was great! Everything over all was amazing. Couldn’t of asked for anything more. Thank you so much Melania and team.

Amazing service and food

We’re very friendly people and the food was amazing , everybody had an amazing time at the function and they were a big part of why it turned out so well. Thank you again. Would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful people & great food! Highly recommended

Melania and her family were fantastic people to have at our event- the food was delicious and we all loved the hottest hot sauce! Really genuine people that added to our experience, so thank you! Communication before the event was all perfect too. We'd really highly recommend cropover kitchen!
