Crumbs & Grind Co is an independent Southport food and catering business specialising in generous, homemade food with a big personality. We create everything from our signature loaded sourdough butties and sandwich platters to grazing tables, buffets and bespoke catering for parties, workplaces, celebrations and events.

Our food is freshly prepared to order using quality ingredients, with menus that can be tailored to different occasions, group sizes and dietary requirements. We offer collection, delivery and event catering across Southport and the surrounding areas.

We are all about making catering feel exciting, generous and personal rather than predictable, whether someone needs lunch for a small team, food for a celebration or a full spread for a larger event.

Crumbs & Grind Co started from a love of food, creativity and the idea that a really good sandwich can be so much more than just lunch.

I have always worked in people-focused and customer-facing roles, and I have a strong background in creating, preparing and serving food. I wanted to build something of my own that combined my creativity, hard work and love of bringing people together through food. What started as a small food trailer in 2025 has grown into our own shop and an expanding catering business.

What inspires me most is creating food that people genuinely get excited about. I love taking simple ingredients and turning them into something generous, different and memorable. Our catering has also shown me how much people value good food at important moments — from workplace events and parties to charity fundraisers and family celebrations.

As Crumbs & Grind has grown, I have also realised that I want it to become about more than selling food. My longer-term vision is to move into a larger premises where I can expand our catering, create practical cooking and baking workshops, support people who may need extra opportunities or confidence, and create a welcoming space where people can learn new skills.

I started Crumbs & Grind because I wanted to build something that was genuinely mine. I am proud of how far it has come, and I want to keep growing it into a business that not only makes great food, but creates opportunities and brings people together.

My background is built around working with people, customer service, food and running businesses, with Crumbs & Grind being the business I have developed from the ground up.

Crumbs & Grind Co began as a food trailer in September 2025. Within just a few months, we opened our own premises on Market Street in Southport in December 2025 and have continued to grow our catering alongside the shop.

Since starting, we have catered for private parties, workplace events, charity events and larger gatherings, as well as developing our own grazing tables, buffet options and bespoke catering menus. We have also built a growing customer base through social media and word of mouth, with much of our business coming from returning customers and recommendations.

One of the things I'm most proud of is how far Crumbs & Grind has come from a small trailer to a recognised local food and catering business in such a short time. We have continued to adapt, develop new menus and take on larger catering opportunities whilst keeping the food homemade, generous and personal.

Our next milestone is to continue expanding our catering side and eventually move into a larger premises where we can increase our production, run cooking and baking workshops and create more opportunities within the local community.

Our clients are a real mix, which is one of the things we love about catering. We provide food for private customers, local businesses, workplaces, community groups and event organisers.

We regularly cater for birthdays, family celebrations, parties, workplace lunches, meetings, charity events, sports events, gatherings and larger celebrations. We can provide anything from individual lunch boxes and sandwich platters to full buffets, grazing tables and bespoke catering for bigger events.

We also work with people looking for something a little different from standard buffet food. Our style is generous, homemade and designed to be enjoyed, with menus that can be adapted around the event, number of guests and dietary requirements.

We mainly serve customers across Southport and the surrounding areas, with delivery, collection and event catering available.
