With 15 years at the helm as a head/exec chef, Jonas's early breakthroughs took shape under the guidance of Paul Heathcote, a distinguished holder of 2 Michelin stars.

This ranges between open-fire cooking accompanied with salads and sides, perfect for your private event. For larger events, requiring a food truck or pop-up stall, Jonas can offer his 48-hour melt-in-your-mouth brisket. Served with fries, in a bap or even with his skillet-fried mac and cheese!
