We’re a small, growing team that began with a simple idea on the streets of Incheon: serve Korean chicken skewers that are fast, comforting, and full of real flavour. After years of running and refining the concept abroad, bringing Dak Kochi Express to the UK is our first international step — and we’re genuinely excited to share an authentic Korean street-food experience with new crowds. What inspires us is the magic of simple food done properly. We’ve spent years making tiny adjustments to our signature sauce — tasting, tweaking, and perfecting until it became the superstar of our menu. For us, it’s not about having the biggest menu; it’s about doing one thing exceptionally well and giving people a bite they’ll remember.
