My role is much more than simply playing music. Every event has its own personality, audience and objectives, whether it's a wedding, corporate event, staff party, awards evening, birthday celebration or public event. I take the time to understand what you're trying to achieve and then build the music, atmosphere and flow of the event around that.
A great event isn't created by a playlist. It's created by understanding people. Knowing when to raise the energy, when to hold back, when to change direction and how to keep guests engaged throughout the event is what experience brings.
Clients choose me because they want someone they can trust to take ownership of a key part of their event. I pride myself on being approachable, reliable and organised, while delivering an experience that feels natural rather than forced.
From the first conversation through to the event itself, my aim is to make the process straightforward and stress free. I work closely with clients, venues and other suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing you to focus on enjoying the occasion while I focus on creating the right atmosphere.
Our Story
As my experience grew, so did the opportunities. I went on to perform at larger venues and events across the UK, including working with major entertainment brands such as Butlin’s Big Weekends. Each step along the way helped shape my approach, teaching me how to read a room, manage energy levels, and create the right atmosphere for any audience.
What started as a passion quickly became a full-time career, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to perform at thousands of events. What still motivates me today is the variety. No two events are ever the same, and every crowd brings something different.
More than two decades later, I still enjoy helping clients bring their events to life and seeing guests enjoy the atmosphere we’ve created together.
Our Team
I handle everything myself, from your first enquiry right through to planning and delivering the event. Basically, if something needs doing, it’s got my name on it.
This means you always know exactly who you’re dealing with, and (spoiler: it’s me) who’ll be turning up on the day. It keeps things simple, avoids crossed wires, and lets me really get to know what you want, so nothing gets lost between booking and the big moment.

Many of my clients are looking for more than just somebody to play music. They want an experienced professional who understands how to read a room, manage the atmosphere and adapt to different audiences throughout an event. Whether the crowd is 30 guests or 300, the goal remains the same: creating an enjoyable experience that people remember for the right reasons.

Amazing DJ
**Amazing DJ!** Jon was fantastic from start to finish. He really got the crowd involved, listened to everything we asked for, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He even put together an amazing first dance mix using some difficult song choices, and it worked perfectly. The dance floor was full, the atmosphere was brilliant, and everyone had a great time. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Highly recommend! Thank you, Jon, for helping make the event so special!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! Jon was brilliant from booking to the big day, keeping in touch and making sure everything was just right. He even helped us create a mix for our aisle entrance, making our ceremony extra special. He was lively, professional and so easy to get along with, working amazingly alongside our photographer to ensure everything ran smoothly. Jon genuinely went above and beyond, and it was clear he cared about making our day perfect. Not only is he fantastic at what he does, but he’s also a top bloke! Absolutely amazing!
We had Jon for our wedding on Sunday and he was absolutely amazing! His service and knowledge was out of this world. Jon didn’t bother us through the leading up to the wedding only for our final chat to go through everything we wished for on the day the week of the wedding, and on the day he was absolutely perfect from start to finish, we could not recommend anyone better! We only decided to have Jon through the whole day instead of just evening days before the wedding and it was no bother to Jon in the slightest and he was happy to help further and it really was the best decision we made! the energy everything was just perfect! His communication throughout the day was great and we knew exactly what was happening next. Thank you again Jon!
Worth every penny
DJ Jon Lowe was an incredible addition to our wedding. We had some other entertainment booked which needed some coordination and workarounds, and Jon was open to working with them, helpful and came up with solutions immediately pre-event. On the day, he was an incredible host, the vibes were immaculate and we're so so glad we booked him. His set-up is professional and looks amazing. He's such a friendly guy, had us laughing every time we spoke to him. Thank you for everything you did for us.
