Was put in touch with PhotoboothUK and accepted their offer. I paid a £100 deposit as requested. Communication was very poor and I had to continually contact them for updates. The company did not inspire confidence and were very vague when it came to their plans ( setting up just 15 minutes prior to the event ). I had to tell them three times where the event was taking place and times etc. On the day of the event, I had to chase the company up to confirm. Two hours prior to the event I was informed that their printer was not working and they had to cancel, leaving me no other options. PhotoboothUK would suggest they had more than one booth, I have still not received my deposit back, use this company at your own peril…..AVOID….

I had this for my 30th birthday and they were amazing. From start to finish the communication was great. The venue was tricky but they managed to work around and get set up and all the guests loved it! The picture quality is amazing, and they even designed a picture template for the pictures which looked great. Can't recommend them enough!

Used this company for an 11year old birthday party - kids loved it and lots of great photos. Would definitely use again.
