From the first time we meet, through to the big day, we’re here to help you create the perfect soundtrack to the best day of your life, with the right live music to match each moment. If you want to create an incredible, unforgettable wedding day, we have all the quality music talent you need in one place.
We're not just any music agency; we're a family. We handpick our artists and DJs, guaranteeing not just top-quality professional musicians but personality too. From a solo guitarist or string group for your ceremony to a pianist for dinner, to a live band or DJ for your evening reception, you can rely on us for the perfect tunes to get party started and keep it going. Our Story
DLE is a collective of hand picked, talented and experienced musicians. Playing across many bands, quartets, trios, duos and DJ’s we have all come together to to provide top quality music that threads itself seamlessly through a wedding day.
DLE is based in Hampshire and started life in 2013 as The Damiain Lodrick Band (The DLB). Quickly gaining a good reputation for high quality entertainment built on a foundation of reliability and care for our customers, we are now able to offer our ethos across three bands and a host of event extras.
The musicians in The DLE are able to turn their hands to a wide array of genres, have the ability to read a room and choose the right song for the moment and are all individually kind people who care about job that they are doing. We have gained a huge amount of experience between us playing almost every kind of event in the UK and overseas.
This is more than just a job to us
Now in it’s 12th year we have learned and grown a lot. This is more than a job for us. The musicians at the heart of DLE have all laughed together, cried together, got married and celebrated big birthdays together, we have been in the shoes of the people who book us. We understand what it takes to create great moments and are committed giving our customers a great experience from the initial enquiry all the way through to the moment we say goodbye at the end of the night.
We are small but we pack a punch!
Unlike a lot of agencies we do not have a vast list of bands to choose from. From the outside, it might not seem like we are able to offer you much choice but between our three bands we have A LOT of talent.
You may know who you want, you may not be sure but either way please feel free to get in touch with us and have a chat about what you are imagining for your big day. There are not many musical things we haven’t been asked to do and we’d love to help you put together the perfect package.
We can also provide extra musical experiences for your event; from drinks receptions to ceremonies, wedding breakfasts or awards dinners; whichever part of your day needs that little extra something, we can provide it for you!

When you see and hear great live music you are witnessing the spark that exists between people who are connected to each other. It’s an infectious energy that spreads through a room and creates great nights and great memories.

Our Team
We are Damiain and Mat, founders of DL Entertainments. Two professional musicians who love playing live music and helping people create awesome entertainment for the their weddings days. Along with Amanda (our admin guru) and all our amazing musicians we are here to help you plan the perfect soundtrack to your wedding!
With years of experience helping couples plan music for their weddings, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of high quality, professional musical acts and entertainment options. We believe the right music sets the perfect tone, and we're here to help you create the perfect soundtrack, ensuring your wedding day resonates with the exact atmosphere you've imagined!
Typical Clients
Our clients have been couples getting married, birthday parties with ages ranging from 18 to 80! We have played functions for corporate clients' Christmas Parties, summer BBQs and milestone business events. We supply music for festivals and multi band music events.
Credentials
Both mat and Damiain have BA honours degrees in music from the University of Chichester and have been involved in music since their teens. They have both been instrumental teachers and performers in various bands over the years playing together for over a decade.
