We founded The Dorset Gourmet Hotdog Company in August 2014, from our Farmhouse in Shipton Gorge, with one goal in mind - to produce outstanding sausages and sauces using ingredients that are sourced from Dorset!

With nearly 40 years experience in catering, we are aiming predominantly at the event catering market. With bookings for 2015 at shows and events throughout the West Country we hope you will be able to come along and say hi. We still have some gaps in our diary so if you are looking for something a little different; why not ask us if we can cater for your event.
Our goal for 2015 is to get our sausages and sauces in to as many farm shops across Dorset as we can, so if you’re running low between events you can easily stock up. We scoured the county to find the best producers and suppliers, and Dorset is brimming with them. Using Dorsetshire sauce from ‘From Dorset with Love’ and Naga chillies, Dorsets famous hot chilli from West Bexington, and fresh ingredients from Cains Farm.
After what seems like an eternity we have finally perfected our sauce recipes, having taken nearly 4 months of research to get this right! We are very proud of these, as well as our sausages, and truly believe you will not get a better hot dog anywhere in the world.
We also offer Hay & Straw bale hire to give that rustic feeling at your event, great for marking out areas, or to have as seating.
