We’re a leading UK street food and event catering business, serving bold, crowd-pleasing food at some of the country’s biggest festivals and celebrations. Our diverse menus span fresh Greek classics, gourmet hot dogs and loaded fries, juicy burgers and fries, churros with barista-style coffee, and our ever-popular Salt & Pepper Shack — something for every craving. We proudly cater at major music festivals including Glastonbury, Parklife, Isle of Wight, Leeds Festival and Boomtown, alongside top food events such as Southport and South Manchester Food & Drink Festivals. Beyond the festival fields, we also bring our high-energy service and top-quality food to private events, weddings and corporate celebrations, tailoring menus to suit each occasion. Our Story

Our journey into festival catering began at just 14 years old, working hands-on for an established operator and learning the trade from the ground up. Over six years, we worked on and off across festivals and events, gaining invaluable experience in fast-paced service, large-scale catering and the realities of life on the road. Those early years shaped our work ethic, standards and passion for great food. In 2022, armed with experience and ambition, we took the leap and launched our own festival catering business. Since then, we’ve grown into a multi-unit operation, bringing bold flavours and reliable service to events across the UK.

Our Team

Founded and led by owners and brothers Tom Blakey and Charles Blakey, our catering business is powered by a dedicated and experienced team. At the core are four full-time professionals who manage day-to-day operations, planning, logistics, food quality and service standards year-round. Supporting them is a trusted pool of around 20 skilled casual staff, all trained to deliver fast, friendly and reliable service in high-pressure festival and event environments. From major music festivals to private events and weddings, the team works seamlessly to deliver consistent quality at scale. Passionate, hardworking and detail-driven, our people are the backbone of our business and key to every successful event.

Experience

With over 25 years of combined experience between the two owners, our business is built on deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise. We have successfully operated multiple catering units across the UK’s largest music festivals and leading food festivals, consistently delivering high-volume service in demanding environments. Our experience spans everything from prime festival trading to menu development, logistics and large-scale event operations. Alongside major public events, we’ve also had the privilege of catering at over 100 weddings and private parties, creating memorable food experiences for life’s most important celebrations. This wealth of experience allows us to adapt seamlessly to events of any size, ensuring professional service, great food and smooth execution every time.

Typical Clients

Our clients range from private party hosts and wedding couples to organisers of the UK’s largest festivals and events. For parties and weddings, we typically cater for 60–300 guests, with the capacity to scale up for larger celebrations when needed. At large-scale events, we operate in prime festival locations, serving crowds quickly and efficiently. Our experienced teams can deliver up to 250–350 portions per hour, making us a reliable choice for high-footfall environments where speed, quality and consistency are essential.

We are proud members of the NCASS Emergency Catering Team and one of only a select few traders on the high-priority response list. Our commitment to professionalism and presentation was also recognised at Glastonbury, where we were awarded second place for Best Looking Unit.
