Hi! My name's Olly and I’m the founder of STACKED, a high protein focused food trailer that serves protein pancakes, protein shakes, milkshakes and delicious speciality coffee.

We created STACKED as we are huge fitness fanatics, and have participated in many events where we felt there wasn't an offering for people looking for a sweet treat whilst also being able to smash their protein goals.

Myself and my partner Zoe operate out of our converted horse box style trailer, which runs silently and off-grid from our internal battery system. We have a high-capacity setup that can handle a large volume of orders whilst still maintaining quality. Our Fracino retro coffee machine produces delicious coffees too!

We have provided catering for a variety of events and have gone down really well at all of them!

We specialise in fitness events, expos, music festivals and corporate events. We find that people enjoy our offering that caters to the more health conscious crowd, and most people just love the pancakes!
