STACKED is a specialty pancake trailer serving fresh, fluffy pancakes with a choice of indulgent or healthy toppings.

We offer four different batters - classic, high-protein, vegan, and gluten-free - so every guest can enjoy something made for them. Whether it’s an indulgent Nutella or Biscoff Stack with strawberries and cream or a lighter Greek yoghurt and berry stack, we balance fun and flavour with healthier choices. Our converted horsebox trailer runs silently off-grid, making it suitable for both outdoor festivals and professional corporate settings.

With a high-capacity setup, we’re able to deliver large volumes quickly without compromising on quality. We also offer the option to add on barista made coffee or delicious shakes!

STACKED started pretty naturally - on Pancake Day, me and my partner Zoe were making pancakes and talking about how well they would work at events if they were done properly with good toppings, protein options and a strong brand behind them.

My background is a mix of catering, business management and nutrition, so the idea made sense straight away. I’ve always been into fitness, food and events, and I liked the idea of creating something that sat between proper event catering and a more health-conscious, high-protein option.

We started STACKED because we wanted to serve food that feels fun and indulgent, but still fits the fitness and active lifestyle crowd. We absolutely love being at events, meeting people and seeing customers genuinely enjoy what we’re serving.

At the end of the day, it’s fresh pancakes, good coffee, quality drinks and a trailer setup we’re proud of.

We cater for a big mix of events, from large music festivals and fitness competitions to weddings, corporate events and private parties.

Our typical clients are event organisers who want something a bit different from the usual food options - fresh protein pancakes, good coffee, shakes and drinks served quickly from a professional trailer setup.

We work especially well at fitness and endurance events such as Turf Games, Arnold Sports Festival, Great North Run, Tough Mudder and Yorkshire Marathon, where our high-protein menu really fits the crowd. We also do well at festivals such as Y Not, as well as weddings and corporate bookings for companies including Accenture, PepsiCo, Sage, Adidas and Premier Foods.

The main thing our clients have in common is that they want reliable catering, a strong-looking setup and food that people actually get excited about.
