The team has crossed borders around the Eastern Mediterranean Sea and have observed that these countries not only share similar customs and traditions but also cuisine.
That is the reason why EHLA created a menu without borders.
Our menu is a mixture of flavours and ideas using a fusion of flavours influenced from Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine and Israel.
