El Vida Sabor brings Indian and Mexican flavours together on one plate. Think butter chicken enchiladas, achari paneer burritos and tandoori halloumi tacos, built from scratch with bold spice blends like Fuego Masala and Mantequilla Makhni.

We cater weddings, private parties, corporate events and market pop-ups across London, with menus built around your guest list, whether that’s a full veg spread or a mix of veg and non-veg mains. Every event gets a tailored menu, freshly cooked on site or delivered ready to serve, plus add-ons like live cooking stations and bottomless drinks packages.

El Vida Sabor was founded by Joshal and Arsh, bringing together backgrounds in data-driven commercial roles and hands-on kitchen and supply expertise. Since launching, we’ve built a growing catering business specialising in Indian Mexican fusion, serving weddings, private parties, corporate events and community markets across London. We’re actively expanding into new markets across Europe.

Our kitchen operations follow full food hygiene and allergen management standards, and every event is planned with dietary requirements handled as standard, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, halal and nut allergy needs.

We work with couples planning weddings, families hosting milestone celebrations, corporate teams organising office parties and away days, and event organisers running markets and festivals across London.
