In a world of fast food leaving us feeling groggy and off-track, Ellie's Oats was introduced to combine socialising over a delicious brunch while also keeping on track with fitness goals. The ideal foodie spot for anyone who values their health & fitness, without wanting to compromise on deliciousness!
Our owner, Ellie, is both a gym girl and a food lover. Fitting these two passions together often caused conflict due to many quick service eateries either offering mundane 'healthy' meals or food that wasn't fuelling her active lifestyle correctly. After a few months travelling Australia and Southeast Asia, Ellie discovered her love of matcha, and thus, combining her favourite food with her favourite drink, Ellie's Oats was born.
