We’re a family-run catering and event-hire team based in Gloucestershire, bringing authentic, wood-fired pizza and a fully licensed horsebox bar to weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations across the South West.
Our pizzas are hand-stretched, topped with locally sourced ingredients, and cooked to perfection in 90 seconds inside our roaring wood-fired oven. Pair that with our vintage horsebox bar serving beers, fizz, wines, and cocktails, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a relaxed, unforgettable event.

Our Story
Founded by two friends Sean and Harrison, we’ve combined over 45 years of hospitality experience — from kitchens and bars to managing high-end private events — to create something truly special.
What started as a single Wood-fired pizza van has grown into a full event-hire experience, complete with our vintage horsebox bar, converted catering vans, and bespoke event setups.
We’re proud to still be a family-run business, passionate about quality, consistency and genuine service. Every event we cater — whether a 40-guest garden party or a 400-guest wedding — gets the same care, flavour and attention to detail.
For us, it’s about more than just pizza and drinks. It’s about creating moments people remember long after the last slice is gone.
Our Team
Harrison – Co-Founder & Events Manager Growing up, food and family gatherings were always at the centre of life. During lockdown, Harrison turned that passion into purpose — experimenting with recipes in the family kitchen and learning the craft of Wood-fired pizza. His creativity and attention to detail ensure every event is run with flair, warmth, and professionalism.
Wendy – Executive Chef & Culinary Mentor An award-winning chef with decades of hospitality experience, Wendy brings Michelin-standard quality to mobile catering. From winning Young Chef of the Year to managing kitchens across the UK, she now mentors our team, guaranteeing every dish we serve is something to be proud of.
Together we bring over 45 years of combined experience in hospitality, events, and catering — delivering unforgettable food and service for every occasion.

Everything was ok, apart from the vendor had an emergency & had to leave early. I can verify the pizzas are great though.

We booked Fabioni’s for our wedding, the team was fantastic and the pizzas amazing! We could not fault this great business, they made planning the catering simple, from the speedy communications before the event to the efficient and fast service on the big day, providing pizza for our wedding guests a rate of knots! We were so happy with the quality of the pizzas, they tasted amazing alongside the side salads, we expected to have pizzas left over, but our guests kept going back for more. We had so many positive comments from our guests. I would recommend Fabioni’s without hesitation You guys smashed it on the day, you set the gold standard of how a business should be run!
Brilliant!
Fabionis were exceptional for us. Being a school event, they were super adaptable to our requirements and could tailor their offer to suit. The whole operation was really well organised, very friendly, looks great, lots of friendly good humoured staff. Prices were good and commented on by our guests, and most importantly, it tasted superb. We agreed on a no-fee arrangement, but they were generous enough to offer a percentage of their takings to help support future projects. That was above and beyond. All in all, highly recommended. Big thanks to you all, you made a big difference to our event.
The Fabulous Fabionis
I can't praise these guys enough. They made my party! Harrison & Sean liaised brilliantly, they adapted to a narrower than expected drive and torrential rain on arrival and worked flat out for two hours serving the most delicious pizzas ever! The actual 'Fun Guy' pizza is the stuff of dreams. Thank you Fabionis for being great chefs and fun guys too! Sarah x
