About Us
We started this family business in 2021. In Eastbourne. In simple words, we don’t just offer food – we offer an experience of real, homemade Lebanese cuisine.
All our dishes are truly traditional in every step of preparation. For us, food is like love: it needs time and care… if you rush it, you burn it. We import our key ingredients from Lebanon to keep the rich, authentic flavour, working as much as possible directly with farmers.
We offer a wide range of vegan, vegetarian and flexitarian options, because we believe good food is an everlasting pleasure.
We don’t just sell food – we offer you a memory.
We always prefer to cook on site: it’s simpler, more genuine, and it lets us create a direct connection with you… So the meal becomes a moment you remember.
