Fat Thursday

We are a unique Polish food trailer, and are passionate about bringing you authentic home-made Polish food all prepared within our little log cabin! From the grill we prepare our classic pork shoulder, as well as pork and chicken skewered cubes, all coated for 24 hours in our special marinades. We grill smoked sausages which we import directly from Poland, and can also offer burgers. These can all be served as complete meals with potatoes and sides, or less formally in baguettes and baps. We are well known for our amazing home-made Polish dumplings ("Pierogi") which take their inspiration from tried and trusted Polish recipes passed down through generations of Paulina's family. We make them with various fillings including potato, cheese and onion, meat and sauerkraut with wild mushroom. We also offer a range of home-made Polish soups including split pea and ham, beetroot, and gherkin. For anyone with a sweet tooth, home baked polish sweet treats such as cakes and doughnuts are also available upon request. We are very happy to tailor our menu to suit your requirements.
