Fenn

We cook and pour the British seasons. Fenn is an event caterer built around what is at its best each month, sourced from small British farms, growers and fishermen, with a bar that follows the same calendar.

A Fenn event might start with canapés and a drink on arrival, then move to a seated dinner or generous sharing dishes, with cooking over open fire where the venue allows. Our cocktails are built on native and foraged British botanicals, with house infusions and syrups, and the list changes between the warmer and cooler months. We also handle staffing, equipment hire and logistics, so food, drink and service run as one.

Behind Fenn are its two founders, Joe and John. Joe leads the kitchen: he was head chef at Spook, a leading London caterer, before moving into head of operations. John leads the bar and service, with more than a decade in hospitality as a restaurant general manager and freelance event specialist. He grew up in Burford, so the Cotswolds are home ground.
