Flowing Events Limited is a family-run business based in the heart of West Yorkshire, dedicated to bringing the wow factor to any occasion with our unique range of mobile bars and bar services. Whether it’s an intimate celebration or a large-scale event, we specialise in creating unforgettable moments through exceptional service, distinctive bar setups, and a warm, personal touch.
We’re proud owners of the iconic VeeDub Camper Bar – a beautifully converted 1969 VW classic camper van that serves as both a stunning centrepiece and a fully functional bar. Its bohemian charm and quirky style never fail to get guests talking (and taking photos!). And the best part? Hire of the camper bar with our professional staff is completely free when you book our bar service.
If the camper isn’t quite your style, we also offer premium VIP pop-up bars, perfect for tipis, marquees, or indoor venues. Fully stocked with draught lager, ale, spirits, cocktails, wines, fizz, mocktails, and a wide selection of gins and rums, we cater to every taste – including great alcohol-free options for non-drinkers.
All our staff are trained in bar service, hygiene, and licensing laws, and we operate with a 5-star hygiene rating and full insurance. Our core values – dependability, reliability, honesty, and fun – underpin everything we do, from the first enquiry to the last drink served.

Amazing service!
We hired these guys to provide drinks for our wedding and they were fantastic! The bar itself provided a great focal point, everyone loved it. The staff were friendly and a good laugh as well as providing a speedy service without needing any on-the-day input from us. When we spoke to them before booking they suggested we operate a token system for the first round rather than give out a lot of prosecco our guests wouldn't drink, and this worked really well - prices were reasonable and everyone got the drink they wanted. The main reason we chose them over other suppliers was the range of non-alcoholic drinks on offer and they delivered on this too. We would highly recommend the VeeDub Camper Bar and would absolutely hire them again.

What can I say.......... the bar... the camper.... and the outstanding service, truly first class on all fronts. Great communication, clear and concise throughout, arranged a TENS license for us too which was a big help. I can't recommend these guys enough, and also the long gin to start the evening off was superb, they really know their drinks

The camper van was a highlight for everyone. The wedding had been 2 years due to….. well we all know. The upbeat service was excellent and so friendly from the booking to the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend Rhiannon and John and of course their wonderful FIZZ! They are professional and fun. Cocktails were ready as the guests arrived and certainly got the party started and kept it going. Lots of positive feedback from guests and the bride and groom. Thank you!
