Fred & Fizz Hire was built from a love of hospitality, coffee and desserts. With over 10 years of industry experience, we created a luxury mobile coffee & ice cream trailer designed to bring something unique to weddings and events across Northern Ireland. With over 10 years of experience in hospitality, pastry and event catering, I created Fred & Fizz Hire to combine my passion for great coffee, desserts and creating memorable experiences for people.
From working as a pastry chef in a 4-star resort on the North Coast to running my own cake and catering business, I’ve always loved bringing high-quality food and friendly service to every event.
Alongside a small, friendly team, we provide luxury mobile coffee, ice cream and dessert catering for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals and more across Northern Ireland.
