Our Story
Bonjour! I’m delighted to introduce myself as a French food artisan committed to sharing the true flavours of France. Born and trained in France, I learned traditional culinary techniques that I continue to follow today. With recognised qualifications, I ensure every product is made with the highest level of care, authenticity, and professionalism.

We bring several years of hands-on experience in food preparation and customer service, building our business around quality, safety, and consistency. Key milestones include successfully launching and operating a fully compliant mobile food business and trading at a variety of public and private events.
We hold a Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, alongside a Food Standards Agency Allergen Awareness Certificate, ensuring allergens are managed clearly and responsibly. Our setup is fully LPG-certified (also holds LPG course certification), providing extra reassurance for event organisers and customers alike.
