Our love of baking goes back even further. Kate's grandmother was a cookery teacher, passing on skills, knowledge and a passion for homemade food that have been handed down through the generations. You could say it's in the blood!

For over 30 years, Kate has been baking cakes and desserts for family, friends and customers, developing a wealth of experience and a genuine love for creating food that brings people together. That passion has been passed down to Ciara, who shares the same enthusiasm for creating beautiful, delicious food and exceptional customer experiences.

Hospitality has always been at the heart of our family. Kate successfully owned and ran a much-loved local tea room, where she built a reputation for homemade baking, warm hospitality and quality food. The experience gained there continues to inspire everything we do today, from our celebration cakes to our event dining.
