Gnocchi’n’ Roll is a pasta food truck in London own by Chef Simone Muggeo. We use the Italian traditional recipe to prepare gnocchi pasta, but we love to surprise our customers with a twist of novelty in our sauces.
The best part of our product is that the gnocchi are handmade by the Chef himself who is always mindful to buy potatoes and flour from the local market and mill!
Our gnocchi are served in tasty and seasonal sauces, which we change depending on what nature offers. We guarantee options for everyone, from meat lovers to plant based palates.
Chef Simone Muggeo moved to London in 2014, and since then he has been exploring the wide range of cuisines that the city has to offer. After building his career in well known London restaurants he felt the urge to open an activity of his own, where he can express his creative talent. Simone loves London and its diversity so he wants to offer his tasty gnocchi to everyone in the city!
In addition, the chef is specialised in private catering, where he likes to surprise his customers with traditional Italian recipes from starters to dessert. Not to mention all types of hand-made pastas and "grandma"'s sauces he can offer! The offers for private catering vary from buffet style to seated lunch/dinner, available for small or large party size.
