Gourmet Patty Shack

We are all about keeping street food gourmet.

We source high-quality ingredients and make our own patties, using quality cuts like brisket, lamb shoulder, and pork shoulder. We do not use fillers, only a light seasoning. We toast our buns using pure beef dripping for maximum flavour.

We are highly popular and always get repeat business, with fabulous reviews of our food.

We run from a Pop-Up, and so would require an outdoor space 3x3m to operate.

We operate using LPG for our griddles and fryers, and a portable battery system (much quieter than a generator) for our electronics.

We cater to children with a smaller burger, and we are always able to negotiate on prices. Our offerings start from £5 for either a cheeseburger or hotdog, and £8 for a basic meal of main, side and drink.

We offer beautiful handmade gourmet burgers as our forte, but always cater to a range of options, such as premium hot dogs, breakfast patties, fries and drinks.

Our burgers are made with choice cuts of brisket, ground in-house and lightly seasoned and smashed on the griddle.

Our dogs are from the Sausage Man, a premium supplier of German style sausage.

Our breakfast patties are made with pork shoulder, ground in-house and seasoned with salt, pepper and sage.

We offer a range of sides, such as nuggets, onion rings, fries, griddled corn and the like.
