Green Gannet Food Co. is a small but passionate event catering team based in Scotland, specialising in all things BBQ.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or private gathering, we craft truly memorable culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression. With a focus on open-fire cooking and smoking, our custom-built fire table and food trailers are sure to be a talking point at your event!

At Green Gannet Food Co, we cook over fire, specialising in all things slow-smoked, flame-grilled, and BBQ. We love to bring something special to each event, making it memorable for your guests — whether cooked on our fire table (perfect for limited space) or from our unique BBQ mobile kitchen (perfect for relaxed gatherings).

Our food is fresh, seasonal, sustainable, relaxed, and colourful — always with the theatre of fire and smoke.

Our chef and firestarter, Alex Stewart, loves to work with clients on an individual basis to share his fresh, innovative and modern ideas to create bespoke menus for any occasion.

We offer BBQ event catering across Scotland, from Glasgow to Edinburgh and beyond.

Fantastic food, highly recommend!

Green Gannet did the catering for our back garden wedding. They were great at communicating in the run up, making everything very simple and easy. On the day they set up while we were away having the ceremony and the set up looked great! The food was amazing, so many people complimented how good it was and I can’t tell you how many time I heard that they had the best chips ever! There was an option for everyone and plenty for seconds. I can’t recommend enough!

Amazing service

Would 100% recommend Alex. The food was amazing! Catered for a vegetarian the halloumi was amazing! Thank you so much great communication, came to our staycation and nothing was too much trouble.
