We are a pop up pizzeria, using Wildfarmed flour for our bases along with the sourdough process to leaven our dough and we use organic ingredients wherever we can!

We hand flip, shape and char every pizza we serve. With some funky pizza combinations (a beetroot, feta and pistachio pizza for example) we have impressed and introduced our clients to a fresh new take on pizza. On the other hand we also love the classics and make some of the tastiest Margheritas and Pepperonis. So if your guests consist of a more adventurous type of foodies or just enjoy really well made classics, we can provide something for everyone.
We are passionate about sustainability and great tasting food. Hence, why we use the ingredients that we use. Our flour is super innovative and unique. The wheat used to produce the flour is farmed in a totally different way than conventional farming methods. This makes it carbon negative, amongst a whole host of other great things. No pesticides, No herbicides, No fungicides or any other cides. With the base making up the majority of any pizza, we have put lots of thought into making it the best that it can be!
All this makes for really great tasting pizza that at the same time is planet friendly!!

We sling pizzas and feed hungry mouths with top notch grub, at private and public events. We pop up at festivals, any type of corporate events and also more intimate celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.
