This was a means testing opportunity within the contract catering & food service Market. Our Brand represents a cultural identity, 'for the love of Food', and has chosen the Hibiscus flower as part of its identity. Growing up around the origin of this plant species in a tropical climate, we found that the plant became a key ingredient in our culinary success.

My Name is Eurika Stephen, a business lecturer at UK Universities, and the co-founder of Hibiscus Cuisine - With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector - working as an employee and becoming part-time self-employed in order to progress and grow the business in the UK Market.

Our love of food began at our first cultural event in London, and since then, we have worked and catered for high-profile clients in the city. We recently received an award for the Greater London Enterprise Awards 2024 in the hospitality sector.

The brand provides contract catering for various types of events, e.g., special occasions, corporate functions, cultural festivals, exhibitions, and film launches, with tailored budgets to suit each client's and customer’s needs. Hibiscus Cuisine's mission is to provide our clients and customers with a choice of menu, create your own dishes, ranging from traditional fusion of Afro-Caribbean and Latin Mediterranean Cuisines, with convenient solutions at budgetary and respectable pricing that suits or is tailor-made for the clients’ and customers' satisfaction from the start to the delivery process of service provision.
