As third-generation fish fryers, we have generations of knowledge and experience behind us, combining traditional cooking methods with the energy, professionalism and attention to detail of a modern catering business.

Alongside High Tide, we continue to own and operate our successful, established fish and chip shop, Nippy Chippy on the Broads, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. This gives us extensive hands-on experience in delivering consistently high-quality food and service, even in the busiest of environments.

While we're proud of our heritage, we're equally passionate about moving the industry forward. Forget the outdated image of the traditional fish fryer! As third-generation fish fryers, fish and chips have always been a big part of our lives. After successfully establishing our own fish and chip shop, Nippy Chippy on the Broads, we wanted to take our passion further and bring our food to new places and occasions.

High Tide was born from our love of the industry and our ambition to bring a fresh, modern approach to traditional fish and chips. We genuinely enjoy what we do, meeting new people and being part of their special occasions, all whilst continuing a family tradition we're incredibly proud of.

I have been business-minded from a young age, driven by a passion for the food and hospitality industry, whilst Paige was born and raised in the fish and chip trade, bringing generations of family expertise and traditional knowledge.

Together, we took the leap into business ownership in our early twenties, successfully establishing and growing Nippy Chippy on the Broads into a thriving, well-regarded fish and chip shop. Building a successful business at such a young age has been one of our proudest achievements, giving us invaluable experience in business management, customer service and delivering consistently high standards in a demanding industry.

Now in our mid-to-late twenties, we're building on that success with our second venture, High Tide Fish & Chips. Our ambition is bigger than ever: to expand our reach, take our food to exciting new locations and events, and continue building a reputation for exceptional fish and chips, outstanding service and a modern approach to traditional catering.

At High Tide Fish & Chips, we cater for a wide variety of occasions, from local community events and festivals to private parties, weddings, corporate functions and special celebrations.

Our regular mobile catering rounds take us to communities across Norfolk, where we've built a loyal customer base serving freshly cooked, traditional fish and chips.

We're equally passionate about catering for larger events and private functions, offering a friendly, professional and flexible service tailored to each occasion. Whether it's an intimate celebration or a busy public event, our aim is always the same: fantastic food, excellent service and happy customers!

We're proud to hold 5-star Food Hygiene Ratings across both our mobile catering operation and our established fish and chip shop, having consistently maintained the highest possible rating throughout our time in business.

We're also proud members of NCASS (Nationwide Caterers Association), demonstrating our commitment to maintaining high professional standards within the industry.

Our qualifications include Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene, extensive training in allergen awareness and management, and first aid certification.
