Our Story
I’ve spent a lot of time travelling across the USA over the years and fell in love with the amazing variety of wings and flavours out there. When I got back home, I realised nothing quite hit the same — so I started creating my own.
After cooking for a few family events and getting plenty of encouragement, I decided to turn my passion into something bigger. Almost four years later, Howlin’ Tig’s is still going strong — serving up bold, American-inspired fried chicken that’s freshly made and full of flavour.

Howlin’ Tig’s is a one-man operation run by David — handling everything from prep to service. With years spent perfecting his recipes, David brings authentic flavour, fresh cooking, and a personal touch to every event.
