About Hyacinth Vintage Ice Cream Van

Hyacinth has been lovingly restored and fully stocked with a choice of freshly made traditional Mr whippy ice cream or luxury scooping ice cream with lots of flavours to choose from.

We source handmade real dairy ice cream and quality fruit sorbets from small producers, free from artificial colourings, flavourings or additives, suitable for vegetarians and gluten free.

Diabetic ice cream is also available.

We like to offer classic ice cream flavours with the option to include more unusual flavours.

To hire Hyacinth for a heavenly ice cream experience we can build a tailor made package designed for you.

Exceptional product and service

Our wedding was in August in North Wales. The communication from Hyacinth was brilliant. I have a dairy allergy and my husband doesn't so we went for a split of dairy/non dairy for our 80 guests. There were lots of choices including black vanilla, mint chocolate chip and clotted cream. After our meal we told everyone about the ice cream cart there was a queue of adults and children and smiles all round! Service was brilliant. It was a great option for dessert as it gave everyone the chance to get out of their seats and socialise. Highly recommend

Amazing Service

Hyacinth vintage ice cream trike were amazing. Very friendly service. We hired for a corporate function and everyone was so happy with them. The choice of flavors was great. Very delicious and service with a smile. Thank you so much.
