Ice Cream Tuk

Ice Cream Tuk is a converted vintage Italian tuk-tuk that serves unlimited soft-serve ice cream at weddings, parties and corporate events across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. Guests grab a tub, pull the handle for their own soft-serve, then head round the back for Flake, Oreo, Biscoff, sprinkles and sauces.

Every package includes two hours of unlimited servings, compostable tubs and spoons, the full toppings bar, a friendly attendant and travel within 50 miles of Leeds. The machine makes about two servings a minute, so the queue keeps moving even with a big guest list. Unlike an ice cream van, the tuk fits through standard double doors, so it can serve inside barns, halls and city-centre venues when the weather turns.

Prices are £645 Friday to Sunday and £595 Monday to Thursday, with extra hours at £100. Optional extras include personalised tub stickers, printed wafer discs, waffle cones, a custom neon sign and a vegan-only mix.

We wanted to give guests something they'd remember, so we converted a vintage Italian tuk-tuk into a self-serve ice cream bar. Guests pull their own soft-serve and build it how they like at the toppings bar, which turns dessert into part of the entertainment rather than just another course.

We're a small Leeds business and we run every event ourselves, so the people you speak to when you enquire are the people who turn up on the day.

We've served weddings, birthday parties, corporate days and product launches across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, and we're rated 5.0 on Google. We hold £5m public liability insurance, all equipment is PAT tested, and we're happy to send documents to your venue.

Mostly couples planning a wedding at a barn, hall or country-house venue, where the tuk serves in the gap between the meal and the evening. We also work with companies at product launches, staff days and open days, where the tuk can carry your branding, and with families for birthdays, christenings and summer parties.
