Hello! I’m Marchella, the planner, coordinator, detail-lover and calm pair of hands behind ido.bella.

With over 10 years’ experience across the events and creative design industry, I provide thoughtful planning, seamless coordination and hands-on event support for weddings, celebrations and special events of all styles and sizes.

I specialise in dry hire and blank-canvas events, from private homes and marquees to barns, country houses and larger venues. These events often come with a few more moving parts, and that’s where I shine, bringing together suppliers, timings, logistics, styling and all those finer details that make an event feel effortless.

Whether you’re planning your wedding, a private celebration or a special event, my role is to take the pressure off you. I bring structure to your ideas, clarity to decisions and calm organisation to the planning process, making sure everything comes together exactly as it should.

On the day, I work behind the scenes managing suppliers, timelines, setup and logistics, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your event knowing everything is being taken care of.

With over 10 years' experience in the events and creative design industry, I've always loved bringing ideas to life and seeing all the little details come together. ido.bella grew from a love of creating beautifully personal events, combining my creative background with calm organisation and a genuine passion for making the planning process enjoyable. I especially love blank-canvas events where every celebration can feel completely unique.

I have a degree in Business Management and over 10 years’ experience in the events and creative industries. My background includes working within a creative design agency, delivering events and experiences for large-scale brands from initial concept through to final delivery.

After 10 years in the industry, I decided to pursue my dream of working directly with couples and clients, bringing my experience, creativity and love of events together to create beautifully personal weddings and celebrations.

I work with couples and clients planning weddings, private celebrations and special events of all styles and sizes. I particularly specialise in dry hire and DIY events, including blank-canvas venues, marquees and private homes, where there are often more suppliers, logistics and details to bring together.
