About J and J Kitchen

J and J Kitchen is a mother and daughter team who have a passion for the hospitality industry, with over 30 years experience in the business. We provide an outside catering service in the Harrogate area and up to a 15 mile radius. We cook in our home kitchen and offer canapés, finger and fork buffets, salads, sandwiches, cakes, desserts, hampers and picnics and a hot food menu. Our style ranges from formal to vintage and anything in-between; whatever you wish for!

All our food is fresh, good quality and home made. We deliver to your home or venue and can also provide crockery and cutlery. We know how important your event is and will always do our best to give you perfect, friendly service every time. Once you have let us know your requirements and chosen your menu you will have nothing else to worry about.

Uniquely, we offer the additional service of the management of your event on the day, offering advice and help throughout your event which will help you to enjoy the day / evening yourself without having to worry about details and questions which pop up. Please enquire if you would like to book us for this additional service. We can also can stay to serve and clear up afterwards.

We are proud to say that we have been awarded the top score of 5 stars on the "scores for the doors" national food safety and management system.

Typical Clients

We provide catering for working lunches and other corporate events such as launches and promotions as well as your private parties and celebrations including birthdays, christenings, weddings, funerals, house warmings and any other event you may wish us to cater for.

Excellent throughout.

Everything was first rate - communication, discussion of food options, delivery and of course quality and variety of food. Guests were very impressed. Would definitely use again!

Our event was an amazing success

Jane was extremely efficient and replied immediately to emails and text messages. We met prior to my family reunion event to iron out the finer details but Jane had already supplied so much information and options that I new exactly what we were going for before she even came round. This gave me so much comfort as organising any event can be a stressful and time consuming project. Our family was nothing else but complimentary about both Jane and her amazing fork buffet she created for us all to enjoy. And as the hostess the biggest benefit for me was that I got to enjoy the day as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J&J Kitchen for any event small, medium or large as Jane is such a cool cucumber she doesn't seem to be phased by anything. Im already thinking of another event I can organise and have J&J Kitchen provide us with the scrumptious food.
